Community Sentencing Case Manager - Level I

Under the general guidance of the assigned Case Manager Supervisor and Program Director, this position is responsible for enforcing the effective operation of the Community Sentencing service model utilizing the established guidelines of Community Sentencing. The Case Manager I is responsible for providing supervision, assistance, referrals, connection, and direction to participants in Oklahoma County Community Sentencing professionally and appropriately to empower participants to achieve program goals and maintain compliance with the terms of their sentence. These services include but are not limited to conducting assessments, establishing and overseeing supervision plans and treatment compliance, goal setting, record keeping, and employment assistance. The Case Manager I is expected to participate in case staffing meetings, programmatic development, and participant problem-solving in accordance with guidelines established by the Oklahoma County Community Sentencing Council.

PEER Recovery Support Specialist

The PEER Recovery Support Specialist (PRSS) is responsible for assisting individuals involved in the criminal legal system in fulfilling court-ordered and treatment requirements and fostering a life of sobriety, recovery and wellness. This position is intended to empower TEEM participants to achieve their personal goals and objectives in order to achieve stability and self-sufficiency. Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, transporting participants from jail, attend court hearings, conducting court-ordered drug testing, providing information to the courts, conducting wellness checks and providing support to individuals in recovery.  The PRSS participates in interdisciplinary staff meetings, programmatic development and participant problem solving in accordance with guidelines established the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (ODMHSAS) and TEEM personnel manual.

Grant Writer

The Grant Writer is responsible for organizing and managing a comprehensive donor development and grant program. Job duties include coordinating, executing, maintaining, and evaluating development procedures in the area of financial growth and sustainability. The Grant Writer operates as part of the development team and reports to Director of Administration and Development.
