Why hire a TEEM Graduate?

TEEM grads are motivated – they want to change their lives for the better and know that they need a good job to do that. All grads have been through at least one week of classes to help form good work habits and attitudes, and many have completed other training (see list of classes under Our Services). Most TEEM grads are bondable.

TEEM provides post employment follow-up for both the employer and the graduate. This helps new employees adjust to the company culture and their new job. Employers benefit as well. The TEEM Job Coach helps employer and employee work together to resolve any issues so the employee can stay on the job, saving the employer the time and expense of replacing the employee.
